By enabling Media Monitoring, you ("the Business") agree to the following terms:

License to Content: You grant Buy Local U.S. LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access your website and connected social media accounts to collect, use, and adapt your logos, images, text, and promotional content for the purpose of creating and publishing local marketing campaigns on your behalf.
2. Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, Buy Local U.S. LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors, outdated pricing, or inaccuracies in the promotions drafted. You acknowledge that all created content is available in your account dashboard for your review, and it is your responsibility to verify and edit content as needed.
3. Limitation of Liability: Buy Local U.S. LLC is not liable for how third parties (customers or users) interpret, share, or use your promotions once published. We are not responsible for any loss of business or reputation resulting from this service.
4. Control and Termination: You maintain full authority over all content and may edit or delete any post at any time. You may disable the Media Monitoring service immediately through your account settings, which will cease all future content creation.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Buy Local U.S. harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the content published, including copyright infringement or consumer disputes regarding your promotions.
